We take great care to keep your personal information safe - the Xenace website operates within our secure UK private cloud platform.
Our servers are housed in secure UK data centres with heavily restricted access with numerous levels of security to prevent unauthorised access to those servers including firewalls and passwords.
The primary use of the data we collect on this website is to respond to customer enquiries, we collect your name, contact email and phone number only when you use the contact form on our Contact Us page or at the footer of the website.

Retention and Destruction
Our policy is to provide our customers with control over retention and destruction of their data. Individual users of Xenace services can be deleted anytime as well as entire customer accounts. Deletion is instant and irrecoverable. Any data stored on backups will be deleted entirely within 30 days.
What we don’t and won’t ever do
We don’t, and never, will sell or rent your information to any 3rd party.
